I have what I believe is a combination of short neck, fat under chin and no jawline definition and this makes me super uncomfortable and insecure with myself. Can you kindly give me some guidance on what could help give me some neck, jawline definition ? I’m 33 years of age. I have had one consultation and was advised Submental fat lipo and fat transfer so looking for other opinions . Willing to travel thank you.

Answer: Improving Neck and Jawline Definition Based on your photos, I would recommend a necklift to include, fat removal under the chin and below the jawline, tightening/lifting of the playsma muscles in the front of your neck, neck skin tightening, and placement of a chin implant to increase chin projection. This would improve your neckline, jawline, and better balance your chin with your overall face.
