I am a 44yr old woman who had a lower face and neck lift surgery 6 months ago. Straight after surgery my right ear felt as though it was being pulled from the top of the ear which I commented on at the time. I understand healing takes time, however my ear is still quite uncomfortable with a feeling of my ear being pulled down and forward and my inner ear feels swollen.
