You appear to have a dehiscence in your corsette because I can see the edges of your medial platysma but appear to have been resected and are now open. You have pictures of skin irritation but these are not close to the hyoid and typically not the location for any sutures. Even though there was no new Lipo, with each skin elevation from surgery the layer gets thinner and skin gets fixated to the muscle(reason why it wrinkles with head turning but this can happen with any liposuction above the muscle). Plus your submandibular glands are visible.

Solution: you are not going to like. Bands need to be pulled laterally and up over the jawline with a deep plane face and neck lift. Medial compartment needs to be revisited and work must be done under the platysma and to revise the hyoid fixation and reapproximate the platysma. Paramedian bands are addressed with a deep plane lateral pulls with a face and neck lift. Best of luck

Based on these photos and ongoing infection (suture granuloma?) it would be in your best interest to wait until process has settled. It may take good year or so. Only after result is stable, one could make dacision what to do by means of revision. Be patient. Good luck.
