6 months after platysmaplasty to fix bands left by lipo (no new lipo, no skin or submental fat removal, no ear incisions, just front corset and hyoid fixation) I have Adam’s apple (I’m a woman), cobra neck (hollow where platysma fixated to hyoid, bands pull forward on either side), and wrinkles when I turn my head. What can be done? See other posts for more detail. Doc says will go away but has gotten worse and I’m not sure if I should trust him again. I’m only 32, neck now looks like old lady.
