Poor neck lift with extreme discoloration. Can this be fixed? (Photo)

The most common cause for pale colored skin after a lift is blistering of the top skin layers during healing, leading to paler new skin. Also, individual scars may heal paler or darker than surrounding skin. If the paleness is limited to a small area, then you could try tattooing of flesh colored pigment, called "permanent make-up". Regarding the irregular contours, a redo with further tightening of skin and muscle layers seems appropriate.

Lifting the skin from the underlying structures of the neck will always diminish blood supply. However, that is not, most likely, the only a reason for discoloration? You may consider laser or chemical peel on the face and other "darker areas" to create more color balance. Face/neck lift would be a good approach to a skin laxity. In person consiltation with a board certified plastic surgeon, expert in face/neck lifts, should be considered. Good luck.

Please sbbmit photos of your neck without twisting your head. It creates unnatural folds which distort the appearance. Additionally, there are some parts of the story missing here. Surgery does not turn the skin pure white. It is inconceivable. Was anything else done to the skin, like a laser treatment which could affect pigment? Please resubmit with better photos and a complete story of everything done. As far as I can tell at present, no negligence is involved.
