So I have this wide bulbous nose tip, can a Tip Plasty help? (Photos)

Question

I want minimally invasive surgery with lesser down time.I have attached pics for reference. I'm based in India so would prefer a board certified surgeon in India but can also travel for the right surgeon. Would also like to know the cost involved.

Yes you appear to be a very good candidate for rhinoplasty to refine the nasal tip. You might also consider alarplasty to reduce the width of the nostrils to ensure the new nose shape is proportionate and aesthetically pleasing. Keep in mind that rhinoplasty is one of the most complex of all plastic surgery procedures. To ensure an optimal outcome, make sure you select a very experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon who has the intimate knowledge of facial anatomy and the expertise in technique.

I agree that your tip is over powering the rest of your nose. It looks like the mid portion of your nose might be fine but your profile needs to be reviewed with your consultation. You might need to consider narrowing the nostrils because once the tip becomes more narrow, the nostrils and base of the nose might then look too wide. Good luck.

You will benefit from nasal tip refinement and alar base reduction. There are a variety of techniques that can be utilized, including trimming the nasal tip cartilage, suturing techniques, cartilage grafting or combination of those. My best advice is that you discuss your concerns and aesthetic goals with a board-certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience in performing rhinoplasty. I would ask to see before and after pictures of their real patients. It's important that you trust your surgeon's skills and ability to achieve the results you are looking for.
