Yes you appear to be a very good candidate for rhinoplasty to refine the nasal tip. I agree that your tip is over powering the rest of your nose. It looks like the mid portion of your nose might be fine but your profile needs to be reviewed with your consultation. You might need to consider narrowing the nostrils because once the tip becomes more narrow, the nostrils and base of the nose might then look too wide. Good luck.
