Remember, ultrasonic rhinoplasty really just describes the use of a specific instrument for reshaping the bony parts of the nose. It's really a tool, not a technique per se. It requires an open rhinoplasty approach, which is fine. But bear in mind that the nasal tip is cartilage and thus any changes to the tip are still performed with traditional instruments and techniques like scissors, scalpels, grafts, and sutures. In the end, the importance is the result, not the instruments used in getting there. Be sure to focus on finding a well-qualified and experienced surgeon for your rhinoplasty.
