Shaheel Chummun, FRCS(Plast)

I've been lucky enough to have Shaheel for the majority of my operations. My last surgery was dermal fat grafting to my upper lip. I’m so grateful that he believed in me and was able to help me build my confidence by doing such an amazing job. I couldn’t quite believe the difference in my lips compared to before, and how much my confidence has grown. Thank you, Shaheel — one in a million.

From first meeting shaheel chummun he was polite and reassuring. I had an accident when I was younger left me with a deviated septum and cartilage higher on one side. Also breathing difficulties. He understood completely. I went ahead with septorhinoplasty I had my surgery Friday I'm recovering well. Shaheel also gave a lot of reassurance before surgery he made everything feel less stressful. Dr Chummum is a fantastic surgeon , my son has recently undergone cleft lip and palate repair, both performed by Shaheel. The results speak for themselves, the repair is incredible. I underwent a bilateral breast augmentation 2 weeks ago under Mr Chummuns care. I am absolutely thrilled with the results already. I am so pleased I was able to find such a kind caring surgeon who listened to exactly what I visioned and brought it to reality for me. I have struggled for 20 years with low confidence due to having very little breast tissue. I finally decided to take a huge step and enquire about surgery having seen a few surgeons, Mr Chummun immediately put me to ease with his consultation and I felt I was really being listen to about what I wanted for my surgery and what would work best for my body shape and size. Me Chummun talked through all of the procedure details and even arranged for information to be sent to me following consultation to read at home. I after meeting him and again being reassured at my FU visit by his complete professionalism and kindness, I went ahead and booked my surgery. I had full trust that he understood what I was looking to achieve, and he has absolutely given me everything I had hoped for with my surgery, even assessing the look in theatre and using his fantastic skills to help me achieve the exact look I had originally asked him for. He even made the journey to the hospital on a Saturday morning to make sure he saw me before I was discharged, he really is such a king and genuine surgeon. I haven’t stopped smiling since leaving the hospital, he has given me so much confidence it really has been life changing. I cannot thank him enough and would highly recommend Mr Chummun to anyone who is considering surgery.

Mr. Chummun made this whole experience so much better than anticipated. He was very lovely, always accomodating, answering all my questions and concerns and doing so with a smile which definetely put me at ease despite the nerves that go with the anticipation of a rhinoplasty. I still can not believe the minimal pain swelling and zero bruising after the 3h very successful procedure. I am very very happy with the result and would absolutely reccomend.

Dr Chummun, has done many of my operations due to my cleft nose/lip, improving my nasal breathing. I recommend anyone considering surgery to go with Dr, Chummun; he’s the most caring and patient surgeon you could ever wish for. I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

For most of my life I’ve had a crooked nose with a significant bump that was very noticeable from my side profile. Dr Chummun understood exactly what I wanted and gave me exactly that. Plus I had minimal swelling and no bruising just as he stated would happen. I can’t thank Dr Chummun enough for giving me the nose I’ve wanted for a long time.
