I would have the rhinoplasty and chin implant done first because the chin correlates more to the nose than the teeth. Large noses usually have excess bone and cartilage. This bone and cartilage can be used to augment a chin with your own tissue. This has been a well received procedure in my practice with great long term results.

You should do your nose job and chin simultaneously , and later your vaneers. You should realize that vaneers can get damaged during your intubation process for anesthesia or during the chin surgery.
