In what order should I have profile balancing [rhinoplasty and chin implant] and veneers placed?

I am planning on having a few touch-ups performed and would like to plan well and want to know in what order I should have these procedures performed. Would it be most beneficial to have my teeth shaped around my new face or vice versa?

I would have the rhinoplasty and chin implant done first because the chin correlates more to the nose than the teeth. Also if you have the veneers done after the surgery you won't have any risk of having them nicked during anesthesia. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist who can do computer imaging at the same time for consultation.

Large noses usually have excess bone and cartilage. This bone and cartilage can be used to augment a chin with your own tissue. This has been a well received procedure in my practice with great long term results.

You should do your nose job and chin simultaneously , and later your vaneers.  You should realize that vaneers can get damaged during your intubation process for anesthesia or during the chin surgery.
