In what order should I have profile balancing [rhinoplasty and chin implant] and veneers placed?

I am planning on having a few touch-ups performed and would like to plan well and want to know in what order I should have these procedures performed. Would it be most beneficial to have my teeth shaped around my new face or vice versa?

The upper portion of the structure of the nose is bone, and the lower portion is cartilage. Rhinoplasty can change bone, cartilage, skin or all three. Talk with your surgeon about whether rhinoplasty is appropriate for you and what it can achieve.

The alar cartilages of your nose are slightly separated..A tip rhinoplasty performed with the closed approach could bring the domes closer,(inter-domal suture) so you would not see a separation betweeen the domes of the alar cartilages...

I have never seen a thread lift that I thought worked at all. If you want to correct a wide alae you Might consider a procedure called alar wedge excision. There are many examples on line if you search it. It involves cutting out a crescent of the nostril where it meets the cheek. Very well...
