How to get rid of the oil on my nose? Do I need a nose job? (photos)

I have an injury on my nose for years and I don’t like it but I was wondering how I can get rid of the oil on my nose if it is possible. Help me any advice to make it look better? If I need to to get a nose job how much would it cost? Would my insurance help me by any chance?

The alar cartilages of your nose are slightly separated..A tip rhinoplasty performed with the closed approach could bring the domes closer,(inter-domal suture) so you would not see a separation betweeen the domes of the alar cartilages...
