Hello, thanks for your question. Based on your photos, this sharp nasal hump can contain bone tissue. There is a region in dorsal part of the nose, that’s name is key stone region. In this place there is junction with cartilage and bone. Most of the nose hump appear in this part of the nose. Your nasal deviation is also contribute for occuring of this sharp hump. Because of your nasal deviation, this sharp nasal hump is seen only one side of your nose. With rhinoplasty and fixing of deviation, this problem can be solved.
