I know I have a deviated septum and am looking into getting that corrected, but I also have this very sharp ridge on the left side of my nose and if it's connected to the deviated septum or not (the deviated septum does affect my left nostril). It's very sharp and extends down the length of my nose, but is outwardly noticeable at the top. It's painful to wear my glasses.
