Thank you for your photos and question. your tip is very beautiful and you do not need any operation or any changers.
Thanks for your question regarding your tip. Your tip cartilages are quite prominent and convex and I do get a sense that they are somewhat spaced apart toward your tip defining points. the main issue in your case is to make your tip cartilages let convex (more flat). It may also be helpful to bring the tip cartilage a bit closer together with a suture as well. You can learn more about bulbous tip repair at my web reference link below.
Hello, thanks for your question.Based on your photos, you have excess tip cartilage in your nose tip. This cartilage excess give round and wide appearance to your nose tip. You have also bifold nose tip. For your case your tip cartilage can be decreased in size and reshaped to get more defined, triangular and famine nose tip. I think other part of your nose is good. Only tip plasty for reshaping of cartilage is enough for your case. Best of lucks.
Thank you for your question and for sharing your photographs.Yes, you do have a bifid nasal tip with some gap/ cleft between the two lower lateral nasal cartilages. You are a good candidate for rhinoplasty. You would require cephalic reduction of your prominent lower lateral cartilages and closing the gap by delicate suturing techniques to produce a more refined and cosmetically pleasing nasal tip.I would suggest that you consult with an expert rhinoplasty surgeon and discuss what you do and do not like about your nose. You should expect a full detailed examination of your nose is required to assess your nasal skin, cartilage, bony structures, and your nasal airway/ breathing. This will allow the surgeon to evaluate your nasal appearance and its relation to your facial features. The use of manipulated (morphed) digital clinical photography provides a platform for discussion as to your desires and expectations. Such images are not a guarantee of exact results, but a great tool to ensure that you and your surgeon are on the same wavelength. It is paramount that you have a realistic expectation before proceeding with this surgery.Best wishes,
Photographs demonstrate a prominent lower lateral cartilages of the nasal tip, also known as a bulbous nasal tip. The bifid has to do with the cleavage between the left and right cartilages of the nasal tip. A closed rhinoplasty approach with suture techniques and a conservative cartilage removal can accomplish improvement.
The alar cartilages of your nose are slightly separated..A tip rhinoplasty performed with the closed approach could bring the domes closer,(inter-domal suture) so you would not see a separation betweeen the domes of the alar cartilages...
