What procedures do I need to correct all this. I have no fillers in my face but I do have 12 units of botox in my forehead. I'm interested in fillers at all. I want a permanent long lasting help. I realize I will continue to age.

Answer: Facelift and Neck lift --- Thuy-Van Tina Ho, MD Facial Plastic Surgeon Dear Seapickle1990, Thank you for your question. It is difficult to make an accurate assessment and recommendations based on photographs alone and without an exam. I recommend you seek in-person consultation with a facial plastic surgeon or plastic surgeon surgeon who can perform a thorough evaluation and discuss with you surgical treatment options to address your goals. Surgery is the definitive treatment option to address skin laxity and volume loss. You may be a candidate for upper and lower eyelid surgery with facelift and neck lift. Best,Thuy-Van Tina Ho, MDFacial Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Facelift/neck lift and upper blepharoplasty will improve your concerns. Thank you for your photographs. It appears that your brow is in good position. Therefore, an upper blepharoplasty would help rejuvenate your upper eyelids. Your lower eyelids do not appear to require any improvement. A facelift/neck lift combination should improve your facial, jaw and neck shape and contour. Elevating the deeper tissues in your face, which is your SMAS, would be required to help elevate your mid face tissues and sharpen your jaw line and contour your neck. Suturing together of your platysma muscle under your chin would likely be required to give you the maximal improvement in your neck. This would also provide you with the longest lasting result. See a board-certified plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns in detail. Best wishes.
