What procedures do I need to correct all this. I have no fillers in my face but I do have 12 units of botox in my forehead. I'm interested in fillers at all. I want a permanent long lasting help. I realize I will continue to age.
Answer: What can help me look better long term? Your pictures show the laxity of your lower face and neck. You also have a long philtrum. I would suggest a facelift and a lip lift done by a plastic surgeon who does these procedures frequently.

Answer: I have sagging jowls, turkey neck, hooded eyes. What all do I need done? For my patients, I tell them that frequently a face and neck lift can give more long lasting results but nothing is permanent. Patients start aging again when surgery stops that day. A face and neck lift is good for the lower face and neck but doesn't address the upper or lower eye areas. Sometimes these areas need an upper and/or lower blepharoplasty. In addition, sometimes the brows are low so we add some type of brow lifting surgery. However most patients do well with their brows by treatment with brow ultherapy and botox. Make sure to see a board certified plastic surgeon that can guide you.

Answer: Sagging jowls and turkey neck Thank you for your question and photos. Your photos are limited and only straight on without and profile views. I would recommend a facelift which will elevate and improve your jawline, and eliminate your jowling. Your neck would involve tightening the platysma muscle, giving you a much more youthful neck line. A upper eyelid blepharoplasty will improve your eyelid hooding. All this can be accomplished in one setting. Contact a Plastic Surgeon to discuss your options.

Answer: Facelift/neck lift and upper blepharoplasty will improve your concerns. Thank you for your photographs. It appears that your brow is in good position. Therefore, an upper blepharoplasty would help rejuvenate your upper eyelids. Your lower eyelids do not appear to require any improvement. A facelift/neck lift combination should improve your facial, jaw and neck shape and contour. Elevating the deeper tissues in your face, which is your SMAS, would be required to help elevate your mid face tissues and sharpen your jaw line and contour your neck. Suturing together of your platysma muscle under your chin would likely be required to give you the maximal improvement in your neck. This would also provide you with the longest lasting result. See a board-certified plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns in detail. Best wishes.
