Can kenalog or other similar injections get rid of a hematoma?

I have a hematoma in my cheek about 2 quarters long and it's been there for 4 months. It's went down like 70% but is still prominent compared to the other cheek and firm. How can this be treated and should I go to a dermatologist or a facial plastic surgeon for best results?

If the lump is fluid filled it can be drawn off with a needle. If it’s not fluid filled you can wait to see if it improves further because you said is has already improved quite a
bit. At some point it dies the go away surgery may be necessary.
