I may need an extended TT. I'm also consider some fat transfer to my breast.
Answer: Time off after multiple procedures I would recommend talking to your surgeon. Personally, I recommend my patients have to take about 10 days after a surgery like yours. Your body is going to go through a lot of trauma and healing. Giving your body the time to heal is important. Moving around will be challenging at first, and your focus should be your recovery.

Answer: If I work from home (WFH), how much time should I plan for being off work if I get 360 lipo, tummy tuck and BBL? Healthy people at their ideal weight should have the best overall recovery from a TT and liposuction, but some of this will depend upon the surgical technique and adherence to postoperative protocols. Recovery from a TT varies from person-to-person. Your recovery from the procedure will depend on several factors, such as age, general state of health, body weight, and type of TT. Staying in close proximity to your PS for 10 days is beneficial. Strenuous activity and lifting more than 10 pounds must be avoided for 6 weeks. A general guideline for returning to maximum activity after a TT is to use the comfort level as a guide.

Answer: BBL Hi, thank you for sharing your question. While working from home is ideal, you are planning a lot of surgery. I would recommend 2 weeks off from work to allow you to recover fully.

Answer: Healing time Dear jusbump, I understand your concern. It is best that you consult your plastic surgeon regarding post operative care and management (i.e including massage techniques and timing) specific to your case. Your surgeon knows your condition well and has preferences on when and what to use for faster healing and recovery. Post operative care and management depends on the type of surgery performed and the technique used during surgery among other factors. It is best, however, that you follow your plastic surgeon's advice on post operative care management for a smooth and faster healing and recovery.
