I am 6 mos post op from lipo 360 bbl. I had a seroma that was drained twice and then it seems to have hardened. Answer: Problems after liposuction It does not look like you have much subcutaneous fat at all. Was this a second round of Liposuction or was an energy device like VASER used for your procedure?
