Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You are a great candidate for skinny BBL. You can harvest fat from your torso, arms and inner thighs if needed to achieve the desired goal. I hope this helps.
Thank you for your question and photos. From your photos, are a good candidate for 360 liposuction & BBL. Liposuction will remove excess fat from unwanted areas with some skin retraction. Fat transfer to your hips & buttocks will accentuate your curves. Your expectations and health will dictate the best procedure(s) for you. I suggest a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to go over the options that best address your goals. Best of luck! Thanks for your question. From your pictures, you seem to be a good candidate for the BBL. The BBL includes 360 lipo, which is lipo of the upper and lower abdomen, the upper and lower back and the flanks. In addition, if you do not have enough fat in these areas, liposuction can be performed in many other areas of the body for fat transfer to the buttocks, such as the upper arms, chin, etc. Depending on your desired results, you may be asked to gain some weight. I recommend you schedule a consult for a proper evaluation. Make sure the surgeon you choose has extensive experience with BBLs and clean credentials. Always consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Take care, Moises Salama MD, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
Hi Warmhearted, It all depends on what you think "enough" is. You have some areas that can be treated with liposuction including the abdominal wall and low back with the sides of the waist. This fat can then be transferred to the buttock to provide an improvement in the shape and the asymmetry that is present and by reducing the areas of fullness in the low back and side of waist it will automatically give an improvement in the appearance of the buttock even before fat is transferred. Short of buttock implants whatever fat is available is all you can use. It will bring you towards your goal with the question being whether you would reach your goal. Small amounts of fat make smaller differences but can very reliably provide a nice Improvement if you work with an experienced board-certified plastic surgeon. Further Improvement can be seen in regards to the area's treated with liposuction if your skin quality has good elasticity which is not possible to fully decipher through photos. Best of luck.
In almost every case, I do not recommend weight gain prior to a BBL. It is far better to maintain a stable weight rather than gain weight. The thinner patient requires an expert at liposuction to remove as much fat as possible while leaving the skin smooth. There is tremendous difference in skill level among plastic surgeons in fat removal and fat transfer skills. Look at before and after photos of skinny BBLs on the plastic surgeon's web site.
Yes, you are a candidate for a BBL and have enough fat to do lipo 360 for fat transfer. And yes, you could have liposuction on your arms. You are actually a candidate for high definition liposuction with arm and ab etching to create a more athletic toned look. High def lipo is a specialized technique to reveal your underlying anatomy in ways that standard liposuction alone will not do. You should reach out to a few board certified plastic surgeons to discuss more in depth your goals and create a customized plan. Good luck!
Providing that you clearly define priorities with your surgeon, it is possible to achieve visible improvement even with limited amount of fat grafts available. Lateral butt and small hip augmentation should be priority and whatever is left should be used for central buttock augmentation. Good luck.
Dear Warmhearted5199,based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Not really enough fat. So I offer cases as yours a "COMPOSITE BBL" - lipo of any fat with transfer + injections of Sculptra in amounts of 20 -60 vials. Expect fees from $12,000-$50,000.
You are a very good candidate for a Lipo 360 (abdomen, sides and lower back) and a BBL procedure. You also have fat in your arms which could be addressed at the same time with liposuction Best Wishes Dr. Taranow

I don’t think you have as much fat as you think. 5 foot seven is pretty tall for 128 pounds. I do not recommend anybody gain weight for fat transfer procedures. Are you really planning on maintaining the new obese weight for the rest of your life to support the BBL. Otherwise it doesn’t make sen...
Hello and thank you for your question. Yes, you would still be able to go through with that type of procedure-as long as your blood pressure, glucose, and cholesterol are controlled well enough. Your doctor will order laboratory tests to make sure that everything is under control, and if so,...
