Can I achieve a flat stomach with lipo 360 and Brazilian Butt lift or do I have to have a tummy tuck? (photos)

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

I doubt additional lipo or even using skin tightening devices (J-Plasma or BodyTite) can tighten your abdominal skin enough to satisfy you. But the added fat transfer would easily enhance your buttock. Finish pregnancies then seek full TT. For a round 2 the fees are in the $7,000 ranges BTW.
