Can I achieve a flat stomach with lipo 360 and Brazilian Butt lift or do I have to have a tummy tuck? (photos)

I am 5 ft & 160 pds. I have had a bbl & lipo 360 within the past 4 yrs. I don’t want a tummy tuck due to the fact that i want more kids in the future but would love a flat stomach until i decide to become pregnant within 3-5 yrs. Will a round 2 of lipo 360 and a bbl to re enhance my buttocks give me the flat and tightened look i want or will only a tummy tuck with muscle repair flatten my stomach based on my current photos?Suggestions needed prior to bookin round 2 procedure thank you in advance

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

I doubt additional lipo or even using skin tightening devices (J-Plasma or BodyTite) can tighten your abdominal skin enough to satisfy you. But the added fat transfer would easily enhance your buttock. Finish pregnancies then seek full TT. For a round 2 the fees are in the $7,000 ranges BTW.

Secondary Liposuction often doesn’t deliver as much as what the primary procedure did. Most patients can get about 25% of what the first liposuction procedure delivered but it all depends how aggressive or how much fat loss removed with the first procedure.

The body does not regrow new fat so if 80% of the fat was removed with the first procedure there’s only 20% of the fat someone was born with left to work with for a secondary procedure.

Fat transfer on the other hand is cumulative and the potential improvements get greater with each consecutive procedure as long as there is sufficient fat to use for a grafting.

Weight loss is probably your best option for getting a smaller midsection. Muscle separation is contributing significantly to how your abdomen looks but there may also be visceral fat contributing. Strive for maintaining your weight at what most physicians consider ideal or close to ideal BMI.

Secondary BBL procedures can create a cartoonish overdone figure unless the first BBL was conservative.  You didn’t include proper pictures to make an assessment of your buttocks but from the pictures you did include it doesn’t look like you need a second BBL.

Hi and welcome to our forum!From your photos, I note a degree of fullness of the abdomen and flanks.Abdominal fullness may be due to fat accumulation between the skin and underlying musculature, anterior abdominal wall muscle stretching as the result of previous pregnancy or obesity, or the presence of visceral fat (fatty deposits around the internal organs). One cannot discern among the three entities without a physical examination.I agree with your decision to hold off on a tummy tuck until your family is complete.If the fullness is due to fatty deposits, round 2 will be successful.Best wishes...
