Can I do anything about my nipple/areola size and texture?

Hello. If you are concerned only for your nipple-areola complex, that is possible to re-shape it without touching the breast tissue. If you want another reduction, that can be also done in the operation. But if the size doesn't bother you, areoles can be fixed even under local anaesthesia. Regards

You would benefit from a repeat reduction. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reduce and reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. You have ptosis and large breasts still. I would recommend a repeat breast reduction with an anchor-pattern scar. With this surgery you will get rounder, smaller, higher, lifted breasts, and areola reduction. Revision surgery will not help your nipple sensation. Sorry that you are not satisfied. Areolas can be resized easily without risk of sensory loss if just skin is removed. A device that looks like a cookie cutter can be used to insure they are the same size, and the excess skin can be removed. Cn sometimes be done with local anesthesia.

You can consider an areola reduction/revision to address the concerns you mentioned but the areola may continue to stretch in the future. Your photos indicate that a full breast lift is recommended. It doesn't appear you had one prior. This will remove excess breast tissue if desired, raise the position of the nipple and reshape the breasts.

Your areolae can be revised to make them more symmetrical and at the same level. Go back to your surgeon and discuss your concerns and options.
