She truly has a heart of gold. My nurse, Elif, was equally exceptional. She is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and brought such a calming, reassuring presence. She even came to our hotel daily to check on me, which speaks volumes about the level of care provided. I absolutely adore her. As a healthcare provider, I have very high standards when it comes to medical facilities—and the hospital exceeded them all. It was top-tier in every way: efficient, spotless, and staffed with compassionate, professional nurses. I stayed for two nights and was treated with the utmost care. My husband was able to stay with me comfortably, and we were both genuinely impressed with the quality of service. The hotel experience was equally outstanding. It felt like a luxury wellness retreat with integrated medical care. From the café to the stunning rooftop terrace, spa, library, and media room—every detail was thoughtfully designed for comfort and recovery. One of the most unique and comforting aspects is that many guests are also undergoing procedures, so there’s no self-consciousness about being in recovery. The presence of a 24-hour infirmary and nurse-call systems in each room added an extra layer of reassurance. I also have to mention our hotel housekeeper, who was absolutely lovely. Even she made me feel special in the most heartfelt way. She spoke no English, but every day she would call me “princesa” and made sure my husband understood that he was in the presence of a princess as well! It became such a sweet and memorable part of the experience. If I had to summarize this entire journey in one word, it would be “princesa.” I truly received royal treatment and felt incredibly cared for. Now, just 7 days post-op, I am already seeing beautiful results. I have minimal bruising, no pain, and I’m genuinely amazed at how smooth the recovery has been so far. This experience has been nothing short of extraordinary. Choosing to do this for myself was one of the best decisions I’ve made—and finding Dr. Cem, Özlem, and Elif made it truly exceptional. Dr. Cem over exceeded my expectations. Ozlem was so amazing and made the experience very stress free. Their process is systematic and easy to follow from the Airport transportation, blood work, hotel, surgery, doctor visits and flight to return home. Everything went smoothly. My procedures included a deep plane face and neck lift and a lip lift.I traveled to Istanbul alone and was nervous at first, but Ozlem (Dr.Cem’s assistant) made the entire experience doable. I felt safe, heard and truly cared for. Every step of the way Ozlem was a text away. She responded immediately and I felt safe. Weeks before I landed, they arranged all transportation — airport pickup, office visits, hospital trips, and even my ride back to the airport to return home.The hospital care was excellent and the room was amazing. The nurses were kind, attentive, and professional. I had a private nurse, Bita, she stayed with me 2 full days in the hospital and one half day once I arrived back at the hotel. She was amazing.Dr. Cem is definitely gifted and is very personable. I felt like I was surrounded by family. Truly kind and genuinely caring. After giving birth and losing weight quickly, I was left with significant loose skin on my abdomen. I tried working out for a while, hoping it would improve, but no matter what I did, the sagging didn’t really change — and to be honest, I’m not the most patient person. Every time I looked in the mirror, it affected my mood. I just wanted it to be gone. The idea of surgery didn’t really scare me since I had undergone an operation before. What worried me more was the recovery period. I knew I wouldn’t be able to lift anything heavy, and with kids, that’s not easy. That was my biggest concern. Four months ago, I had a lower face and neck lift, a lip lift, and facial fat injection surgery with Dr. Cem. I intentionally waited a while before writing this review to give the results time to settle. Before the surgery, I was especially bothered by sagging in my lower face and my double chin. During the decision-making process, my doctor’s honest and realistic opinions really helped me. In the first days after surgery, there was swelling and tightness, which I expected. After the lip lift, my lips initially felt a bit too lifted, and I was worried they might stay that way. As time passed, everything settled, and now my lips look much more natural and well balanced with my face. Follow up visits were regular, and I could easily reach out whenever I had questions. I’m happy with the result. it looks natural, suits my face, and doesn’t feel overdone. I also know that I’m still healing and that there is some swelling left. I’d like to thank my doctor and his team for making the whole process feel calm and safe.

About 3 months ago, I had chin liposuction and Endolift laser treatment. I was really unhappy with the appearance of my double chin and it bothered me a lot. Even though I lost 25 kilos, my double chin didn’t improve at all, so I started researching this procedure. At first, the fact that it was done under local anesthesia made me nervous. I was worried I would feel pain since I’d be awake, but the procedure was much easier than I expected. During the first few days afterward, there was swelling and hardness, and I panicked thinking it hadn’t worked. However, Dr. Cem told me this was completely normal and that it was due to swelling. After the second week, my chin line started to become more defined. It still wasn’t fully settled, but my neck area already looked more tightened. By the second month, I could clearly see most of the results. Now there’s a noticeable difference in my face, yet it doesn’t look like I’ve had anything done. It’s a procedure that requires patience, but the results are really worth it. I think it’s a great solution for anyone who has issues with a double chin and doesn’t want surgery. I am so impressed with Dr Cem, Ozlem and Volcan. I admit it was a little scary going to Yurkey alone for such a big procedure but they took such great care of me every step of the way. They are there to pick you up at the airport and you don’t have to plan a thing. The hotel was outstanding with so many amenities and an infirmary. Turkey is very cosmopolitan and there wasn’t a minute I felt unsafe. All the staff were so genuinely caring I was touched.

Great experience throughout, definitely recommend Dr. Cem and his team. I researched several doctors prior to deciding on Dr. Cem, and am so happy with my decision. From my initial contact with Dr. Cem's assistant, Simge, the whole process was super smooth. Simge coordinated everything (transportation, hotel, all follow-up appointments). Traveling to another country for surgery is stressful in itself but Simge made it a lot less stressful. Her calming and sweet manner was much appreciated. Simge was always there to help. There were times I reached out to her in the middle of the night, she was always available. I can't stress enough, just what a huge help she was. I was impressed with Dr. Cem's work prior to meeting him but after meeting him, I had even more confidence in him. After asking exactly what I was looking to achieve, Dr. Cem explained my options and surgery was scheduled for the next day. As a healthcare worker myself, I was extremely impressed with the hospital and overall care I received in the hospital. The hospital was new, modern and immaculate. Nurses were attentive, helpful and compassionate. We stayed at Antwell Hotel while recovering. The hotel specifically caters to people "post procedures", so no stress walking around bruised and bandaged. It was so comforting not having to hide or feel self conscious. I am just over 2 weeks post op and continue to heal but can already see that I will be very happy with my results. I'm very happy with my results. Now 6 months after lower face/neck-lift surgery. Everything has healed well. Dr Sinaci was very professional and attentive and so was his whole team! Dr Sinaci is an outstanding surgeon and his patient care is amazing. He took the time to advise honestly and answer any questions, he also checked in on me regularly post-op and asked about my wellbeing. His team (Oezlem) were very nice, too! They take very good care of their patients. I felt that I was in good hands the whole time. The results are excellent. The clinic is very clean and well run. Overall, an excellent experience!

I'm 56 years old. I had been thinking about a facelift for a while because my face looked sagging and tired. I chose Dr. Cen after months of online research among dozens of doctors. My first contact was with Ozlem, his young assistant: sweet, kind, efficient, and attentive. After the first online consultation with the doctor, I knew he was the person I was looking for: professional, attentive, and truly concerned about his patients’ well-being. I am now 13 days post-op. Everything went well: I had a deep-plane neck and facelift, fat grafting, and laser treatment. I had also considered a lip lift, but the doctor and I decided against it because, given the shape of my mouth, the outcome wasn’t certain. Ozlem was by my side the whole time, and the doctor examined me every day. I am still very swollen, and the surgery is not a walk in the park, but I don’t think I could have made a better choice. The doctor is a wonderful person and an excellent surgeon: the scars are truly minimal. In a few months, when the results are final and the swelling has gone down, I will post photos and update the review. But I can already say that I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Cem and his staff.
