Would Juvederm make my round face worse?

You won't necessarily get a rounder face, but it's worth looking at why you have the round face in the first place.  There are a number of ways to adjust that - many of which are quick office procedures.

Filling your nasolabial folds with Juvederm or any other filler may or may not make your face more round than it already is.  The real question is whether filling the nasolabial folds is the best way to achieve what you are looking for. It would be best to seek an assessment by an experienced aesthetic physician. If you are noticing your nasolabial folds, it may be that enhancing your cheekbones or filling your temples, for example, may be the best approach.

Be careful of what you put in your face!  You will always find a doctor to do what you think you want.  That is not a good thing.  The reason why you would go a doctor, who specializes in facial aesthetics, is to get an expert and honest opinion.  Before you mess up your face, find a board certified plastic surgeon, who can give you a detailed understanding of your facial anatomy and what options may be best for you.  Good luck!

Without photos or even better a direct consultation no one can answer your question with certainty.Most likely volume addition to cheeks would not be appropriate but conservative product to deep folds might be OK
