Answer: Under Eye Lid Hollows
HI,
Only after a physical examination and history (no thyroid problems) can we determine the best treatment for you. Most likely Restylane properly injected under your eyelid hollows will correct your problem. Make sure that you choose and experienced and skilled physician for this delicate and unforgiving area. Good luck and be well.

Answer: Correcting dark circles and hollowing underneath the eyes
Non surgical options to improve the appearance of the lower eyelids include hyaluronic acid injections with products like restylane which can improve the appearance of the dark circles as well as filling in the hollowing just below the area. Other options include surgical correction which can be done with a transconjunctival approach behind the eyelid leaving no visible scar which is a long term solution. I hope this information helps.

While this seems absurd, you may actually be surprised but dark circles under the eyes are not relative to your weight. They might be brought about by factors such as genetics, aging, thyroid issues, as well as skin thinning due to sun damage.Dark circles may be treated using methods such as surgery or fillers. Laser and peels may also be used to boost the quality of the skin.
