It's square shaped like an old woman saggy and has a layer of fat deposited right at the front please help I've lost a lot of weight and gained several times Why does my ass look so bad

In such procedure, the buttock's shape is improved and lifted to create a greater sense of harmony. based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

To make an assessment we need to see proper standardized pictures. For body and buttocks work this should include the torso from the neck to the knee wearing revealing undergarments taken using the timer on your camera or by someone else from about 8 feet away standing in a neutral position showing your front, side and back. look at her plastic surgeons take before and after pictures for body contouring procedures.
Every part of the body is assessed and judged in relationship to the adjacent areas. We need you standing straight so we can see what your body looks like.
Try reposting pictures or better yet have a few in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons. It looks like you have cellulite and skin laxity.You may be a good candidate for body contouring with Liposuction and or fat transfer. That said delivering consistent quality results for these procedures is more difficult than most people believe. Results are often permanent and irreversible and since most plastic surgeons aren’t particularly talented at these procedures it’s very important to properly vet providers and choose the right surgeon.
To do that I recommend having multiple in person consultations at which time you can ask each certain to show their entire collection of before and after pictures. Simply being shown to a handful of pre-selected pictures which most likely represent the best results of the providers career is insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results look like in the hands of each provider. An experienced provider should have no difficulty showing you at least 50 sets of before and after pictures for common procedures like the BBL.
You may also want to ask the provider to show as many pictures as possible for patients with similar body characteristics to your own or ask the provider to show examples of excellent outcomes, average outcomes and less than outcomes.
The goal is to see as much of their work as possible not just pre-selected best case scenario outcomes.
Look carefully at all areas treated with Liposuction to make sure there are no contour irregularities on any of the pictures. Ask the surgeon to review with you the areas that were treated and the areas that were not treated and look carefully at transition zones between treated and untreated areas.
Continue having consultations until you feel quite comfortable you found the right provider for you. I also recommend reading all reviews in various physician review websites avoiding providers with any significant number of justified negative reviews. The absence of justified negative reviews is more important and more telling than having an abundance of positive reviews.
