It is challenging to recommend any type of surgery without fully evaluating a patient in person. Based on your photos, I would recommend breast lift with implants with an internal bra system for support (galaflex), abdominoplasty, bilateral upper arm liposuction with skin excision (brachioplasty). I would recommend seeing a board-certified or board-eligible plastic surgeon with aesthetic surgery training and experience to tackle this type of problem in a safe and efficient manner. Congratulations on your weight loss. I think an abdominoplasty would make a very dramatic change to the abdominal wall. Some of the fat that would be removed can be placed in the buttock to provide better shape. The breast can be made to appear more youthful by lifting the breast tissue higher as well as centering the nipple on that new breast position. If you wanted fullness in the upper part of the breast it would require an implant. Best of luck.

Hello dear @Genius633132, thank you for your question and showing your pictures. Yes a BBL or fat transfer to the glutes can improve your figure. Using this technique, I mean lipo injections or BBL, you can get a better shape, more projection, and volume to the glutei. Depending on the seeding technique used by the specialist, the level of resorption would be minimal and the result would be natural. You could also review the option in your surgical to have a modified tummy tuck as well. My advice to you is to focus on your body first because a BBL involves liposculture, a surgery that shapes your body so it is more harmonious. However, you do loose weight. When you lose weight you also lose weight in your breast because part of the mamary tissue is fat. so what I see when the breast surgery is performed with full body Lipo is the first few days you are perfect, with the results you want, but as the months go by, the breasts begin to fall and you begin to see that they become flaccid and smaller and you are unhappy with the results in the long term. Fat transfer to your hips and buttocks would accentuate your curves while lifting and shaping your buttocks. You can also liposculpt your arms & chin at the same time. For your breast, a lift would raise and reshape your breast. For fuller and (or) larger breasts, fat transfer for breast implant. based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. But you will probably have some loose skin so tummy tuck and breast lift are also an option. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
