Liposuction and BBL results vary patient to patient. Hip dips tend to retain less fat than the central buttocks. So depending on your goals you may need more than one treatment for your hips depending on your goals. Unless you have a very muscular stiff butt before surgery, you will likely not have one afterwards. With proper abdominal iposuction contour irregularities can often be avoided.
