Answer: BBL candidate Dear rebecca2022, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Is my condition good for BBL? Hello @rebecca2022, thank you for your question and showing your picture. From what I see in the picture I recommend taking an MRI of the buttocks to determine the anatomical changes more precisely and then performing considering two procedures, the first for shape and contour reconstruction of the area, and the second for buttock volumization after six months. For more information and recommendations is best to consult with one or several board certified plastic surgeons. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS

Answer: BBL Hi, thank you for sharing your question. A BBL will be great to fill in the dents and improve your shape. Discuss this with your surgeon in person to see if this is the best option.

Answer: Buttocks indentation The indentation on your buttocks is most likely related to scar tissue that’s contracted pulling in on the skin. These contour irregularities are difficult to correct and will most likely not respond to simply adding volume with procedures like fillers or fat transfer. in order for the skin to project the connective tissue or scar tissue or that’s pulling in on the skin needs to be released while at the same time adding volume. this is fairly complex and doing such a procedure is a balancing act between risks and getting results. Keep your expectations realistic considering how difficult the situation is. I suggest being apprehensive to providers who think this can easily be treated with a single treatment. I would be particularly wary of providers who are not board-certified in plastic surgery or lack years of experience. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
