Unhappy with prominent and sagging area fro lower eyelids to nasolabial fold - advice? (photos)

Female, asian, 35 yo, 163cm (64 in), 51 kg (116 lb). I have a thick layer of fat all over my face. If I lose body weight, I never lose much of the face fat. I had two jaw surgery, after which the nasolabial fold is sagging even more. I don't consider injections since I have lots of fat; this will make my face even bigger. My surgeon said I needed a deep plain lifting. I think this wouldn't be enough. I wonder if the liposuction or excision of the nasolabial fold is effective.

This post traumatic problem could be hematoma related. Complete Correction may not be possible but very limited liposuction with bodytite would be my personal suggestion. Good luck
