I was told by the surgeon who did it that its fine but if i dont like my legs he would "discount" a leg lift with more lipo since its loose skin. I didnt feel it was loose skin but im having a hard time finding someone who will do a 2nd opinion. Idk if their scared to or what.
Answer: Liposuction results Dear Sandraz9000, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Concerned about lower leg contour Following liposuction of the medial thighs, skin redundancy will be increased. Your skin redundancy of the lower legs is minimal but everyone has a different level of expectation. You can consider two options to address your redundancy and these include Renuvion skin tightening versus a groin based medial thigh tuck. A consultation with a high definition body contoruing specialist would be very helpful in providing you an accurate recommendation.

Answer: Inner thigh liposuction Inner thigh Liposuction often delivers results that are less than what patients had hoped for. Most patients have some skin laxity in the area and skin laxity contributes greatly to contour especially in the upper inner thighs. To assess the outcome of a surgical procedure we have to see proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures then ask your surgeon to forward the ones they took. Plastic surgeons do second opinion consultations on a regular basis and all plastic surgeons have had patients ask other surgeons about the outcome of their procedure. To get a proper second opinion simply schedule an in person consultation. To get a proper second opinion you need to bring before and after pictures and a copy of your operative report with you for the new surgeon to review. The truth is that there currently is no great treatment for flabby thighs. liposuction often doesn’t give great results and the thigh lift has a list of somewhat undesirable side effects and drawbacks. A thigh lift may or may not be appropriate depending on who you ask and what you’re trying to achieve. Based on your pictures it doesn’t look like anything was done wrong but you may possibly have not been an ideal candidate for the procedure in the first place. In reality in my practice I probably turn down the majority of inner thigh Liposuction request. Young women with tight skin typically get the best results. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
