I got a bump inside my nose, it’s in the left tip of my tip. It has pus inside but not painful and my nose is not painful. There is no redness outside. I took clyndamycin and other antiobiotic for two weeks but still there.

If the deviation of somebody's nasal septum is in the very bottom of the septum, septoplasty may result in dislocation of ligaments that naturally extend from the bottom of the septum to the columella cartilage. If that happens, droopiness may ensue. If this is recognized before surgery,...
