It is. very difficult to predict or control how much fat will be retained. You can try fat transfer but you would likely need multiple sessions and the result just okay

200 cc per breast is typically the upper limit of fat injection recommended by most plastic surgeons. It is not that more cannot be injected; but on average, this has been determined to be the most that can be expected to live during one transfer. Multiple transfers would be required for additional cc's. In general, the abdomen and thighs are preferred donor sites but fat from other areas can be used. Returning your breasts to their previous volume before weight loss is likely impossible with breast fat transfer alone.

Dear @Dimps212 thank you for your question. Breast fat transfer or autologous fat lipoinjection is a natural volume technique that can be applied for aesthetic or restorative purposes. It should be noted that lipotransfer does not replace augmentation mammoplasty with prostheses, since each technique has its own indication and requirements. This technique is used to provide symmetry and improve the body contour and therefore does not increase more than one size. You need a lift and cannot get the volume you had with just fat. For that amount increase you want will need implants. However, I do not recommend going back to that size since your skin will now sag more quickly.

No, multiple fat transfers to your breasts will not approach the wish pic.
Unfortunately, you should consider a breast lift and implants. Fat transfers only increase the breasts by around 1/2 cup size. One cup size increase is rare from a single transfer.

Restoring enough volume to get a similar result to pre-weight loss may be possible though it may require more than one round of fat transfer.

I have one similar case that I did who had large droopy Breast where I grafted 1500 mL of fat per side.

The living consistent high-quality liposuction and fat transfer results is more difficult than most people believe.

Finding the most experienced and talented provider in your community is essential to have quality results.

Do that by having multiple in person consultations. During consultations ask each provider to show their entire collection of before and after pictures. Make absolutely sure that after pictures were taken at least three months from the date of the procedure. Early postoperative pictures can look very impressive but do not at all represent final outcomes.
