For your breasts I recommend a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. At the same time or later, a tummy tuck can be done. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight.

Breast fat transfer can improve breast fullness to a certain point, the only way the form of the breast can be modified in its shape is through a breast augmentation surgery, breast fat transfer is not enough to give you that change. A lift is necessary to reaccomodate the mammary tissue and the areola and nipple are lifted. The breast shape is improved either by reorganizing the breast or, if necessary, a prosthesis is placed to add volume depending on your goal look. A proper assessment is necessary before an expert opinion can be formed. fat transfer breast augmentation is a viable alternative for women who desire larger breasts without the use of implants. Fat transfer is also widely used in reconstruction of the breast after a mastectomy or lumpectomy. You can get some improvement with fullness and shape with fat, but it is limited. You may have some internal abdominal fullness which is not treated with liposuction. However, residual fat could be removed if present. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussing your concerns and options.

Breast fat transfer is good for increasing the press size by one half to one cup. The procedure does not change the shape of the breast very much. for patients who want a significant change in breast shape implants or implants with lifts are better procedures.

There is no particular type of liposuction that has any significant advantage over another in comparison to the choice of providers.

Choose the right plastic surgeon and everything falls into place.
