Weight loss after fat transfer: will I lose my boobs?

Always loose weight first prior to getting a fat transfer, or you may loose your fat. If you are a true "A" or "AA", you will need implants. You may not have enough breast tissue to support much fat.

An on-site or virtual consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon is the best way to determine an appropriate intervention by assessing your individual characteristics as well as your goal look. Keep in mind that a breast fat transfer needs a liposuction. I generally perform liposculture first, the fat extracted from different areas of the body will go through a process and is injected into the breast through a cannula and a small incision, so in the long term the patient has harmonious and aesthetically adequate result.
