I'd like to get breast fat transfer or implants (not sure which) I would like some lipo in my tummy and legs but would like my breasts to be more rounded, but still very natural looking! I have ehlers danlos and autoimmune disorders so can I even get breast implants? I love the roundness implants give from the front and I'd really like to add that as well as size and shape, overall I'd like to add +2 cup sizes I'm 120lbs 5'2" and currently a 32DD but would be willing to do multiple fat transfers

fat transfer breast augmentation is a viable alternative for women who desire larger breasts without the use of implants. Fat transfer is also widely used in reconstruction of the breast after a mastectomy or lumpectomy. It can also be very effective in correcting the size and shape of the breasts due to genetic problems such as tuberous breast or Poland Syndrome, two conditions that look like misshapen or underdeveloped breasts.In addition, the following scenarios are also reason to consider breast fat grafting:• If you have chest areas that appear creased and sunken• If you desire more permanent correction than is provided by temporary fillers• If you wish to improve your body contour, revise scars, fill bodily depressions and rejuvenate the natural curve of your breasts• To fill in contour irregularities or hide obvious signs of breast implantsYou should discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon and make sure your surgeon understands your concerns and your breast augmentation goals. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

At size 32, each 100 cc of fat corresponds to 1 cup size change. However, with fat transfers not all the fat survives so you will need approximately 150 cc of fat transferred for 100 cc to survive. This can be repeated if necessary. The other alternative would be a breast lift. The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers can be performed.

Breast fat transfer is a great tool to balance breasts, improve symmetry, and gain up to one cup size in volume. 200 cc per breast is typically the upper limit of fat injection recommended by most plastic surgeons. It is not that more cannot be injected; but on average, this has been determined to be the most that can be expected to live during one transfer. Multiple transfers would be required for additional cc's. In general, the abdomen and thighs are preferred donor sites but fat from other areas can be used. The fat must be injected through multiple planes in small amounts to the tissue through one tiny incision under each breast. About 50% of the fat obtains permanence.

You will first need a medically clearance to see if you may have elective surgery. With a transfer, usually one half to one cup is gained each time. With your diagnosis of ED, I do not recommend having large heavy breasts since support will become an issue over time.

If you wanna go up 2 cup sizes then you should go straight for implants.

This is especially true if you’re looking for fullness in the upper part of the breast and the change in shape with projection that implants create but fat transfer does not.

Fat transfer will increase breast volume one half to one cup at most with a single session of that transfer. To go up two full cup sizes will most likely require three or four sessions of fat transfer and the procedure will not change your breast shape.
If you’re open to having implants then that is the way to go.

I suggest scheduling multiple in person consultations with local board-char to plastic surgeons at which time you can get an accurate assessment and better understanding of treatment options and discuss your underlying medical history.
