Can you help me commit to a surgeon for my breast revision? How should I choose? (Photo)

I had a "non traditional breast lift" to avoid a vertical scar and also had 190cc implants added. I don't even want to get into all the details but basically as soon as I woke up I knew I was unhappy, but I tried to stay optimistic and let them settle. Months later, the surgeon offered a revision. This was done in his office under local anesthesia while my face was covered with a thin material. The revision was supposed to get the scars inside my inframmory fold and give me more projection. Anyway, fast forward 3 years, i look like i have capsular contracture but I don't. My implants are riding so high and I've lost breast fat so I have a dent in the middle of my breast. My skin curves around the implant dips then my breast fat is drooping below it. After such an experience, I am so weary of committing to a surgeon. I've consulted with about 8 and quoted as much as $30k, but I'm just not inclined to spend that much and risk not being happy again. I haven't had one surgeon turn me away saying they don't feel they can give me the results I'm looking for and that gives me pause. Could someone help me?
