Does symmastia two years after surgery have any health risks? Does it need to be fixed with surgery? (Photo)

Hello Doctors, I would app if you advise me what to do. I had breast implant surgery about 2 years ago, after a month post surgery , my implan dropped and did revision surgery. However, i had terrible experience and the doctor did not explain to me anything everything I ask he would say it will be alright. Now I disco I had symmastia, I always tho this will be solve but itself, no one explained to me that it will not. My question is, does it have health related problems or it is only about the appearance ? Is it going to increase ? Because I am really scared of doing any surg again due to my last experience I always think if i ever do another surgery I will not wake up from it. And to be honest I can’t afford a surgery now. So is there anything i can do and just want that it doesn’t affect my health or it has risks
