Hello I had a reduction lift and implants 295cc left and 310 right I don’t understand why he put 2 different implants in I had sideboob removal to but I do feel they didn’t take enough from my left side. Dual plane hp I’ve got a mild waterfall effect I don’t know what to expect I don t really want another lift. but will if necessary I really wanted a round fake look I didn’t achieve. I’m hoping to change the implants to 500cc hp to achieve the full fake look

Dear lussluc2,

breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery.
Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size.
While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.
If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.

Thank you for your question. I have been in practice for over 30 years and revisionary breast surgery is a large portion of my practice. I have taken care of 100's of cases similar to yours wanting more upper pole fullness. I have developed with a technique termed "reductive augmentation" which I published in 2017. It involves perform an internal bra/capsulorrhaphy, reaugmentation with a larger ultra high-profile implant, removal of inferior pole breast tissue, and revision of your mastopexy/lift. You should be able to have an excellent result. Best wishes to you.

I would not recommend larger implants as it could lead to the breasts bottoming out.  If you want to have more upper pole fullness then you can consider fat transfer.

Hello,
Thank you for the question. The best approach would be to retighten the breasts around the existing implants (i.e. revise the breast lift), or you can also switch out to new implants if you prefer to do so. I would also add fat transfer to the medial and upper poles to improve your contour.
