This all depends on your goals and the look you are going for. You already had beautiful shape to your lips before you started, but you can tell that you lost volume over time. If your goal is for fuller lips still then you should add the remaining 0.4cc and may even need more than that spread...

Juvederm commonly causes swelling around the lip which usually subsides in 5-7 days.  The newer lip filler, Volbella, will cause much less swelling.  I highly recommend this product for future lip treatments.Good luck,

You can ask your physician to prescribe you some prednisone for the swelling, that will give you more immediate relief then Advil. Otherwise you need to continue with icing. If too much product was injected it can be removed with hyaluronidase.

This looks like normal swelling and bruising. I would suggest waiting 2 weeks for healing.  You may need more filler on your lower lip, as the upper lip should be a bit smaller than the upper.  Best, Dr. Emer.
