Tightness following mentalis stitching to get rid of vertical chin cleft! Is it possible to undo?

You can try some Dysport or Botox in that area to soften it and gradually the tension will improve.
Avoid any more surgery in that area or tightness might get worst.

I’m not familiar with that surgical procedure but there is not enough information to make an assessment. Early on things feel very different than they will down the line.
You didn’t include pictures or timelines. Why do you want to undo the surgery?
Generally the correct answer is the wait six months.
