From your photos it appears you would be a candidate for submental liposuction (under chin liposuction). This procedure can be done under local or general anesthesia by a qualified plastic surgeon. There are other options for reducing that fat though that are non surgical including coolsculpting and Kybella, both of which can have great results with lower cost for you. I'd recommend you explore those first. Coolsculpting will freeze the fat cells while Kybella uses a compound that dissolves it.
I'm a bit baffled you were guided towards Morpheus. Morpheus is an RF treatment for skin tightening. If you have fat in that area you are looking to get rid of, RF will have no real impact. I hope that this is not a case of a Medspa guiding you towards an unnecessary procedure.

Hi massgirl7693! This is an excellent question. I would agree with you that a neck lift / face lift would be overkill in this situation, that usually comes into play post age 40 at the earliest. The best option for you would be to visit a Plastic Surgeon, who should be able to tell you after palpating (examining) the skin in the chin/neck area if there is any fat present. This is diagnosed easily with digital palpation by a Plastic Surgeon.
If there is some fat present - Chin Liposuction will give you excellent results. This is a minimal scar procedure where stab incisions are made under the chin and below the ear lobes. There is no way a well trained Plastic Surgeon will leave you with lots of lumps after this procedure. It also causes very impressive skin retraction and will fix the side profile and give you your jawline back.
Based on the pictures I would say there is some fat present in the area, however one can only know 100% after a physical examination. Hope that helps and all the best!! :)
