29 years old. Weighed 110 my whole adult life. Gained weight from meds about 30lbs then got pregnant. About 40lbs. Lost 30 lbs immediately after delivery. Still hanging onto 7-10 lbs. but like I never noticed how awful my side profile was until now. I do have some consults coming up but was curious to see what a doctor thought. Feel too young for a neck procedure ?but also scared of chin lipo, don't want to end up with tons of lumps. I did Morpheus 8, no results. I don't know if it's skin or fat

Answer: Chin lipo candidate From the pictures, you appear to be candidate for chin lipo to improve your jawline definition. My suggestion is to have a consultation with your PS and address your concerns directly so they can help you decide if the procedure is the right approach for you.

Answer: Chin Lipo Hello! From your photos it appears you would be a candidate for submental liposuction (under chin liposuction). This procedure can be done under local or general anesthesia by a qualified plastic surgeon. There are other options for reducing that fat though that are non surgical including coolsculpting and Kybella, both of which can have great results with lower cost for you. I'd recommend you explore those first. Coolsculpting will freeze the fat cells while Kybella uses a compound that dissolves it. I'm a bit baffled you were guided towards Morpheus. Morpheus is an RF treatment for skin tightening. If you have fat in that area you are looking to get rid of, RF will have no real impact. I hope that this is not a case of a Medspa guiding you towards an unnecessary procedure. Best of luck in your treatment!Dr. Tom Korkos
