23/Age Hello i had a consultation with a doctor last week for a chin liposuction + chin augmentation. He touched the whole area under my chin and he said, that this is mostly just skin. He suggested to do a chin liposuction around my jaw and under my chin. After that he wants to do a stomach liposuction to gain some fat and then inject it in my chin. My Question is would only fat Chin Augmentation make a huge difference? If not,is it okay to do the chin liposuction 6 months later?

Answer: Chin augmentation and lposuction! Simply removing the fat under your chin causes the skin in this area to become even looser and saggy. For this reason, enlarging your chin tip and combining it with liposuction if necessary will give you better results. I’m the only triple board-certified facial plastic surgeon all around Europe. I’m just focused on this issue. I am a doctor who goes to almost every country in the world and explains my techniques to important doctors with the seminar invitations I receive, so I am definitely the only doctor who can perform your operation very comfortably and successfully. You can get more detailed information about me, ask all questions about your case and sending your photos to my assistants at the number on my profile (+90 539 204 40 90). Answer: Having a small Mandible Individuals whose Mandible is small or lacking in projection compared to the Maxilla tend to have the following findings. A premature double chin, lack of jawline definition, a dental overbite occlusion and on profile pictures and upper lip that has more forward projection than the lower lip. individuals are also prone to developing premature jowls. A lot of this has to do with how a small mandible causes the platysma muscle to drape the neck in a more oblique fashion. This is the primary reason for a lot of the aesthetic issues. fat distribution is not the problem and so Liposuction may or may not give it good results depending on how much fat there is to remove. it is generally not treating the primary problem and whenever doctors attempt a treatment that doesn’t directly affect the primary problem the best we can hope for our partial improvements. Augmenting your chin doesn’t move the mandible forward and saw the platysma muscle origin remains the same and this is true even if you do a sliding genioplasty or add an implant. Moving the mandible forward with a jaw advancement is the most definitive procedure but not something a lot of people are excited about doing from the patient’s perspective. Oral surgeons 10 to see things more from the skeletal approach and plastic surgeons tend to see things more based on soft tissues. It’s not a bad idea to get an oral surgery consultation to get a solid assessment of your individual facial skeleton bone structure and how this is affecting your facial aesthetics. Personally I don’t think fat grafting is going to work well for augmenting your chin. A sliding genioplasty or implant is a much better option and much more predictable. Fillers are an option as well and can give excellent outcomes. This whole part of the face can’t get a little overwhelming it and it’s not uncommon for patients to hear different opinions from different providers. The primary problem is always based on bone structure. Soft tissues tend to be very consistent from person to person and what differentiates each individual person giving their unique facial appearance is primarily based on skeletal structure.
