I am a male and my eyes lack masculinity. I have attached two photos. My eyes look like the single eye photo. I have high supraorbitals which show my upper eye lid, and my eyes are more roundish. Is there a way to get a more straight and low supraorbital like the man in the second photo? Would an implant be possible here?

Answer: Brow Bone Augmentation This is a very common male periorbital shape change question in my experience. While a custom brow bone implant can be placed, and would be helpful in getting you closer to your periorbital change goals, the eyebrows are not predictable in terms of whether they can be pushed down as the bone is augmented. The hardest thing to do is to try and push the eyebrows down as the tissues are very tight in this area. I suspect this would be more possible if 'extra' eyebrow tissue was first created by tissue expansion first.

Answer: More Masculine brow/ supraorbital appearance I would recommend non-invasive options first. Neuromuscular blockade in the frontalis - Botox, Xeomin, Dysport... - would relax the frontalis muscle fibers and allow the brows to descend to their lowest possible position. Your brow hairs/ cilia are fair - so if you could go just a bit darker with some OTC tint ("Just-for-Men") - to make them appear heavier and bushier. Don't go too dark or you might find yourself looking like Groucho Marx. Injection of fillers below the brow/ in the eyelid is another alternative - I'm not a fan of fillers in this area, but some practitioners do this. Best wishes.
