I am a male and my eyes lack masculinity. I have attached two photos. My eyes look like the single eye photo. I have high supraorbitals which show my upper eye lid, and my eyes are more roundish. Is there a way to get a more straight and low supraorbital like the man in the second photo? Would an implant be possible here?

The best long term approach would be surgical correction via a lower blepharoplasty. If you are wanting improvement without surgery you can use fillers. They work well when combined with other treatments such as lasers, microneedling, and PRP to address skin tone and texture.
I would recommend an in-person evaluation with a board certifed plastic or oculoplastic surgeon. In this way they can evaluate the eye as a whole as well as the upper and lower lid function/shape, etc. to advise of options to address your concerns.
Surgical scars can become red,
hypertrophic, inflamed, and thickened. In our office, we use a
combination approach that includes pulsed dye laser, Plato's Scar gel
used twice daily, fractional laser, and Kenalog IIT to reduce the scar.
Topical therapies are great first-line therapy...
