this would need revision procedure for improvement, it may not be 100% better but it will be improved with liposuction, internal heating, and fat grafting.You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best.  Traditional liposuction awake and smart liposuction are old methods and do very poorly for tightening skin or significant skin tightening or contouring.  Small problem areas can be improved slightly by these methods.  The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heat the skin with radio-frequency devices such as J PLASMA/RENUVION, InMode BodyTite, ThermiRF to heat the under surface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. These combinations are called 4D HIDEF VASER contouring and can only be done by a well . trained body contouring specialist. At the same time fat should be harvested, PRP and stem cells added and injected into muscles or indentations/cellulite to get body shaping and contouring.  This is known as a Brazilian butt lift when you inject the fat to the buttock for contouring and lifting, but fat can also be used in areas such as the chest/breast, arms/shoulders, calves and face.  Cellulite should also be treated with cellfina, sculptra, subcision and/or fillers such as bellafill, renuva synthetic fat, or sculptra.  If skin is very loose before surgery then it will need to be removed such as lower abdominal skin (tummy tuck/abdominoplasty), breast skin (breast lift), arm skin (brachioplasty).  Overall you need a full assessment, but simple liposuction alone will not tighten skin and needs a combination of various methods -- fat removal, skin tightening, defining, fat grafting, skin removal -- to get the best in body contouring and body sculpting.  Dr. Emer.

sunkist83Sorry you are having these issues, but it appears from your photographs that you primarily have modest skin regularities secondary to your previous liposuction procedure. These areas are usually quite treatable with micro liposuction and fat grafting if needed. It appears from your photos that you are an excellent candidate for upper back liposuction as well. Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area to explore the best options for you. Good luck.

If you decide to have liposuction on your upper back, you can ask to get a 360 Liposculpture in order to fix the area and get all the procedures done in just one surgery, with this procedure you can get fat transfer to the area problem and the surgeon need to clean the area with specials cannula, very thin cannula to eliminate those bumps, that is a very simple procedure but you need to make sure your Surgeon is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.

Lumps can be decreased by liposuction or fat grafting, or a combination of both. Revision surgery will most likely improve the results of your previous surgery. The best course of action would be to schedule an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon for an in-person examination and a detailed discussion of your surgical options.

 Correcting poorly done liposuction is possible in certain cases. If people have been over treated then the chance of fixing it becomes slim and sometimes not possible.  Fat transfer typically doesn't work very well.  The reason for this is people no longer have posted tissue to support the fat graft and because of this the grafted that doesn't survive.  The best option is revision liposuction by focused liposuction where there is more fat than the adjacent areas.  Again this is much more successful and people who have not been over treated.  I typically don't do liposuction on any part of the torso unless the patient allows me to treat the entire torso.  A full torso includes upper abdomen, lower abdomen, love handles, waist, back and armpit. Treating less than this leads to an unnatural fat distribution that is undesirable.  Different doctors will have different approaches but after having done over 7000 liposuction procedures this is my conclusion and patience seem to appreciate how I do my work.  I agree with treating your back. I have found if the procedure is done well the back bro rolls can disappear.  Check out some of my before and after pictures to see improvements of the back from well done liposuction( of course my opinion) To get an accurate assessment you will for sure need an in person consultation. Please visit local board-certified plastic surgeons who have extensive experience with liposuction.  In your case pictures will not suffice.
