I had lipo on my thighs but have this area where it was clearly done too aggressively. Was wondering about getting it fixed with fat transfer. But been reading about fat transfer and it being possibly dangerous with BBL. some mortality cases, etc. this scared me a bit off of the fat transfer idea. So was wondering if those warnings are BBL specific or if it also applies to thigh area. Picture attached. Thanks in andvance.

Hello dear!!
Thanks for the question and provided information as well.
You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. At the stage you are in, inflammation and irregularities are normal.
If you have any concerns, please ...
Dear rosygal07,
I'm sorry to hear about your complication. It is hard to tell for sure without an examination, but based on your photo, it looks like your wound is clean and has some drainage. I would suggest you to follow your surgeon's instructions and keep your wound clean and covered...
Drainage for a few days after liposuction is normal, but any concerns of too much drainage or particularly bloody drainage should be addressed with your plastic surgeon.Kenneth Hughes, MD, ABPS Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA
