My surgeon filed down my nasal dorsal hump with a rasp & had to fill my very deep radix. Over the nasal radix, a layered cartilage graft from septal cartilage was broken to be bendable. A crushed cartilage graft was then placed on the undersurface of the layered septal cartilage & secured with sutures. The graft has moved down my nose & shows thru my thin skin. I have to have sinus surgery for polyps anyway & would like to have this radix area fixed permanently at the same time. No More Filler!
