Rhinoplasty pinhole indentations and new hump. What are these indents? (photos)

Hi I had a septoplasty/rhinoplasty done where I asked the doctor to shave the sides of my bridge and fix my tip as I wasn’t happy with the previous rhinoplasty I had several years ago. I now have 2 pinhole indentations on the side of my nose and what looks to be a dorsal hump that I never had before. Doctor says I need to be patient but the pinholes are painful to the touch and my nose looks worse then how I started . Can anyone tell me what these indents are and why I have a new hump? TIA
