Is smoking nicotine-free vapes before, during, and after rhinoplasty fine?

Hi this is probably a silly question but I’ve recently quit nicotine and I have a nose surgery in 6 weeks. I was wondering if smoking nicotine free vapes is fine before , during and after this surgery

You may be having an allergic reaction to the suture material used during the surgery, or a cartilage graft used under the skin for camouflage could have been overhealed and left in the form of swelling. if something is very uncomfortable, the issue can be resolved with the revision rinoplasty.
