Pressure on nasal tip changed shape. Can I “push” the nose back in place?

Its unfortunate that you had to compromise the surgical result, but meanwhile you saved your life by wearing a mask.
Please consult your surgeon. Some improvement may be possible within the first year of surgery. Can use surgical tapes and massaging of nose tip as advised by surgeon. If after 6 months of following this, you cant see any benefit or it still bothers you, then you may be considered for a revision rhinoplasty, which is a difficult surgery.
