Would Vaser lipo 360 and BBL be good enough to tighten my skin and contour my body, or would a tummy tuck be better? (photos)

Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction, BBL and a full tummy tuck to get rid of the extra skin. Just a liposuction alone will not be enough. It is important to remember when treating fat, more often than not you also need to treat skin as well. Tummy tuck also help to tighten loose stomach muscles, liposuction does not.

Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction, BBL and a full tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and get rid of the extra skin. Just a liposuction wont be enough.
Along with the tummy tuck, liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You improve your waist, back and flanks. BBL will give you a great buttock too.
It is important that you communicate to your board-certified plastic surgeon what are expecting, to make certain that your goals are realistic. It's helpful to show pictures of results you'd like, but please keep in mind that these are other people and your body is different from everybody.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
