You will need to find another primary care physician. I would suggest call your insurance company and ask what kind of doctor is allowed to refer for a breast reduction.

Often times when a physician retires another physician, or group of physicians, will assume the patient care for the retiring doctor. You may want to check to see if that is an option. If not, I encourage you to get guidance from your insurance company. You can also consider paying for the reduction out of pocket which would not require a referral.
