Looking at your photos, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. The fullness of the bridge can be taken down and the tip can be refined and projected better. That will create a more feminine shape to the side view of the nose. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for consultation.
Hi from Istanbul! You seem to be an ideal candidate for rhinoplasty. By straightening the nasal bones with osteotomies, reducing the dorsal hump, and refining the tip with a tip plasty to address the droopy and bulbous tip, an aesthetically pleasing and natural-looking nose can be sculpted. I recommend you find a plastic surgeon who has vast experience in thick-skin rhinoplasty. Best of luck to you!
Hello! Thank you for your question! As far as I can see from your photo you have a arched nose, for get rid of this image I recommend you Rhinoplasty surgery. It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. Best regards!
Thank you for your question. You are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty. I think it is one of the most beautifying surgeries that we do as plastic surgeons. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to rhinoplasty surgery, and I have almost never seen keloid scarring from rhinoplasty. It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. Also, critically evaluate on-line galleries to see if their art form resonates with yours. Rhinoplasty is definitely a grey haired plastic surgeon's sport. Best wishes to you
You are a person of few words! But, based on the photos you have a few things that can be improved.(1) your nose twists and deviates to the right it seems. (2) you have a curvature (hump) on top of your nose. (3) you have a narrow and pinched nose which is almost certainly obstructing your breathing.Yes, all of this can be addressed with a rhinoplasty. We should be able to straighten, smooth, and unblock your nose. Expect one week with a splint on top of the nose and about 2 weeks until you like the appearance.
Hello, hope you are well. You would be an excellent rhinoplasty candidate! From these photos we can see that your nose slants to the side with a dorsal hump. I would like to know what in particular you dislike about your nose, but without knowing I would recommend straightening the nose, reducing the dorsal hump, and improving the tip shape and position in relation to everything else. I think you would be very happy with the outcome.Best,Dr. Tower
A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish shaving down the dorsal hump, refining the nasal tip, and straightening the nose with all of the incisions placed on the inside of the nose itself. No external incisions are required, and no painful packing is required either. Digital computer imaging would be helpful to understand what can be accomplished with your nose upon your facial features. Due to the thick skin you appear to have in the tip of your nose, you may need a couple of steroid shots after the surgery to make sure the nose is balanced.
Rhinoplasty for your nose: you appear to have a Bulbous tip in relation to you very thin mid portion, and a dorsal hump, a rhinoplasty typically addresses these issues. The nose looks slightly crooked in the front view, but this might be due to a slightly off-center angle of the photograph. The mid portion of your nose appears somewhat “pinched“. Do you have any difficulty breathing? Sometimes cartilage grafts called “spreader grafts” are placed to widen an excessively pinched mid portion of the nose, particularly if there is airway obstruction. This would be optional, if there is not.
Based on the photographs that you submitted, you can certainly make changes to your nose. It will be important to consult with a qualified plastic surgeons to identify your concerns and goals. Common areas to address during a rhinoplasty include nasal deviation, bump on the bridge of the nose, bulbous tip, over- or under- projection of the nasal tip, and asymmetries in the nose.
Your nose seems to also be strong in its forward projection away from the face, so the tip could be brought back closer to your face. Then, when that's done, and also when the bump is removed, those two changes tend to make the nose *look* longer, as though the tip has drooped, so it's important...
Hi, yes it is possible to have a revision surgery with local anesthesia. Based on the description of the septoplasty surgeries with changes to the appearance and use of ear cartilage, it seems they did a rhinoplasty as well. In either case, the tip can be modified, the nostrils supported, and...
