Hello, I recently have had two septoplasty surgeries one that include an ear graft. The nose shape was altered and I’m unhappy with how my nostrils appear. My nostrils have no definition to them as well as the nose tip is droopy and shows too much nostril. I’m wondering if I can have this fixed without going under anesthesia but fix the tip and nostrils a bit?
